Falling Apart

Falling apart

My childhood, with it, the sweetness gone

The little demands, pranks and innocent arrogance

Goodbye childhood

Falling apart

My friends, with them lots of emotions gone

Times of desperation, happiness in littleness

Friends are left behind

Falling apart

My city, the serene beauty is there no more

The summer sun shines no more, it burns

The winter no longer cools, it freezes

The past is beyond the concrete smoke

Falling apart

My Religion, it spreads love no more

God's own men are out to kill, that is their will

How does one believe in divinity

The Lord hides behind the Atheist

Falling apart

I, my consience. my mind

My peace I cant find I have reached a scary height

My feet balanced in a tower of pride

Is there a way down or am I too high

Where I'm lonely, alone touching the sky
